About the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association

OUR GOAL

We encourage the development of key educational and promotional programs to maximize the overall visitor experience to our community and increase the average length of stay and return visits to our community. The intrinsic benefits of increased visitor spending impacts each economic sector in our community and touches all residents.

  •  Educate and empower hospitality and community businesses, organizations, and team members on the importance of tourism, tourism products available in our community, and customer service techniques

  •  Advocate for our guests, visitors, team members, and Hospitality Association membership at the State, County, and local level

  •  Enhance the visitor experience to Lake Havasu through retention promotions, education, and advocacy

  •  Develop and deploy retention campaigns that welcome visitors to our community for leisure visits, special events, socials, and gatherings

  •  Participate in meetings and knowledge symposiums as an association at the State, County, and local level on issues that may impact tourism

  •  Inquire and seek knowledge about possible group organizations that can provide reduced or cooperative discounts for insurance programs, worker’s compensation insurances, and other employee benefit programs to all Lake Havasu Hospitality Association members.
